Responsibilities
Act for major insurers, brokers, claims managers and policyholder clients in insurance litigation and advisory matters
Work on coverage disputes, litigated claims and insurance and risk advisory matters, for both insurers and high-end policyholders
Involve opportunities in public liability, product liability, professional indemnity and third party property damage
Provide broad client contact and responsibility; contribute to a team recognised for its commercial approach and astute legal solutions
Requirements
2-6 years post-admission experience in litigation
