Your new role: As a Patient Services Officer, you will be a key point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, providing professional, courteous, and efficient administrative support across the hospital.
You will contribute to patient flow, appointment coordination, and accurate record management while supporting a diverse and inclusive healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities include: Providing frontline customer service via phone, email, and in person, including reception and visitor assistance Acting as the primary contact for the department and ensuring accurate message and information transfer Collecting, recording, and updating patient demographic and admission information using hospital systems Supporting patient flow by coordinating admissions, discharges, transfers, and related documentation Booking and coordinating patient appointments, clinics, and procedures, including waitlist management About you: You are a proactive and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
