Flourish Australia has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead to oversee the day to day clinical operations at the headspace Bankstown centre in a parental leave relief position.

The parental leave relief position is:

* Closed-term Full-time (76 hours per fortnight) from June 2026 to 2 July 2027
* Based in Bankstown
* Working Monday to Friday
* Attractive remuneration package starting from $106,900 - $137,000 (commensurate with experience & qualifications) + Super + Tax-Free Salary Packaging!

About the Opportunity

As the headspace Clinical Lead, you will be provide leadership and oversight of the clinical services of headspace Bankstown. This role combines clinical governance, supervision and service development with direct clinical work, including complex assessments and therapeutic interventions. The Clinical Lead works closely with the Clinical & Operations Manager to implement best practice, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and maintain compliance with accreditation and safeguarding requirements.

Your main responsibilities as the Clinical Lead will include (but are not limited to):

* Working as a member of the leadership team to oversee the day-to-day clinical operation of the service.
* Oversee processes to ensure appropriate case planning and coordination for young people and their families accessing headspace.
* Assertively monitor young people where risk is indicated, including regularly assessing the current level of risk and developing action plans to mitigate any risks.
* Provide assessments and evidence-based interventions, including group interventions, with young people (and their families/carers) accessing headspace.
* Undertake a range of assessments of young people and their families/carers as appropriate, including intake assessments, initial bio-psychosocial assessments, assessments of functioning, outcome measures, and symptom severity measures.
* Work collaboratively with the young person and their families to develop individual recovery plans and/or service plans including relevant interventions that are person-centred and directed by the young person as much as possible.

Selection Criteria

* Minimum three years post-qualification experience delivering mental health assessments and evidence based interventions (click through to advertisement for full criteria)
* Maintain membership of the appropriate professional body.
* Demonstrated ability to engage in multidisciplinary and/or cross sector initiatives, and partnerships with a wide range of professionals, organisations and stakeholders.
* Experience providing clinical supervision and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
