The ideal candidate will have a CA qualification, 5-7 years of experience in big 4/mid tier accounting practice, exposure to property development clientele, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial reporting and taxation obligations
* Coordinate accounts payable and outsourced payroll functions
* Report indirect taxes
* Make commercial decisions on debt facilities, investments, and property valuations
