Role Snapshot
* Type – Maximum Term Part-Time (9-month Maternity Leave Cover)
* Schedule – 4 days per week (Mon–Thurs) – no night shifts, ever
* Location – Central Coast region – working in the homes of local clients
* Support – Ongoing clinical guidance, peer connection, and autonomy to plan your day
* Resources –We provide Nursing kit including PPE, uniforms a mobile phone, laptop and Monitor iPad, paid travel time, and mileage reimbursement.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care in line with individual client needs
* Complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide wound care, catheter management, stoma care, diabetes management and chronic disease management
* Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care
* Empower clients through education including preventative programs promoting health and wellbeing
What We're Looking For:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Police check, Working with Children check, CPR, Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
* Great communication and time management skills
* Passion for delivering person-centred care in the community
