Position Summary
We are building a high-performance sales organization comprised of individuals with strong sales acumen, a strategic mindset for driving new business, and a consultative approach that delivers meaningful value to dermatologists and healthcare providers. Duties And Responsibilities
* Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits.
* Cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
* Deliver impactful product demonstrations and communicate the clinical and commercial value of Cutera technologies.
* Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through close, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
* Participate in trade shows, team meetings, and training events as needed.
* Travel within assigned region (overnight travel may be required based on territory).
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* For ASM roles: 5+ years of successful experience in aesthetics, medical devices, lasers, or capital equipment sales.
* Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, competitive field environment.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
