As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing lunch service, managing staff, and ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is nothing short of perfection. Your creativity and flair will shine through in your menu designs and your ability to work under pressure will ensure seamless execution during peak periods.
About the Role
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
* Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Chef or equivalent role.
* Degree in Hospitality or related field.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
