We are seeking a skilled and energetic HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. This role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment operations, developing strategic HR initiatives, and leading a scheduling team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day recruitment activities, including validating new hire qualifications, induction, follow-up, and retention. They will also manage recruitment for all other positions, develop and implement staff training programs, and maintain records in the Quality Management System.
