In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below:Week 1:Thursday 6:30am – 9:30am (3 hours)Friday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)Monday 3:00pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepoverTuesday 6:30am – 9:00am (2.5 hours)Wednesday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)Week 2:Friday 2:45pm – 6:30pm (3.75 hours)Saturday: 3:45pm – 10pm (6.25 hours) & sleepoverSunday 7am – 9am (2 hours)Monday 2:45pm – 6:30pm (3.75 hours)Wednesday 6:30am – 9:30am (3 hours)Let’s talk about you!Do you have a strong dedication to helping individuals lead fulfilling lives, excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen desire to be a part of and enhance a positive workplace atmosphere?
