Electrical Engineer Position
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.
The selected candidate will be responsible for selecting, evaluating, and applying relevant engineering knowledge, techniques, and procedures to support the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and management of facility assets, infrastructure, and systems at OASIS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform technical studies, analyses, investigations, and consultations.
* Identify, define, and develop detailed requirements for facility infrastructure, equipment, and system modifications, replacements, upgrades, or recapitalizations.
* Design and develop solutions for technical problems across the electrical engineering discipline.
* Review and advise on proposed changes to facility infrastructure and systems, from concepts to detailed designs.
* Perform engineering calculations supporting facility infrastructure operation and design.
* Provide technical recommendations on system reliability, operation, maintenance, lifecycle management, and costing.
* Develop ROM costing estimates for infrastructure modifications, upgrades, replacements, or recapitalizations.
* Evaluate operational systems and infrastructure for optimization and improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Requirements:
* Active TS/SCI clearance (no exceptions).
* Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
