We're on the lookout for a Junior Social Account Executive to join our growing team in Brisbane at Liquid Australia. If you're passionate about blending creative thinking with an understanding of social media, and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive agency environment, this role is for you.
You'll be responsible for bringing social campaigns to life, keeping projects on track, and delivering measurable results for our clients. Working closely with our broader team across strategy, content, creative, and development, collaboration will be key to ensuring the success of each campaign.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and maintain content calendars that align with business objectives, seasonal campaigns, and key milestones
* Monitor and stay ahead of social media trends to ensure alignment with current audience preferences and client brand objectives
* Track campaign performance, providing monthly reports that offer insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
* Collaborate with designers and creatives to bring on-brand, engaging content to life
* Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery while managing project timelines
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong writing skills – from ad copy to web content
* Strategic thinker with a passion for social media and content creation
* Proven track record in executing successful campaigns and managing social media strategies
* Familiarity with social scheduling platforms. i.e. Sprout Social
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
* Understanding of social trends and analytics
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in communications / marketing or related field (desirable but not essential)
