At Trilogy Foundation, we're a boutique Provider based on the beautiful Central Coast specialising in children & youth and respite care. We provide compassionate care, practical resources, and community-driven solutions for at-risk, youth, individuals with disabilities, those facing homelessness, and their caregivers.
We're growing and looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be supporting our participants – mainly young people with disability and/or complex behavioural needs – in both home and community settings. Every day will bring variety, whether it's helping with daily living, encouraging independence, or joining in community activities.
We operate a 24/7 roster and are seeking team members who are flexible and reliable across mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays. During recruitment, we'll happily chat through your availability.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal care and daily living support
* Medication administration
* Bowel and continence care
* Manual handling (including hoist transfers)
* Domestic assistance and meal preparation
* Community access and transport
* Use of assistive technologies
* Following individual support and behaviour plans
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, or related field
* Current Working With Children Check (for paid work)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* NSW Driver's Licence
* National Police Check (within last 3 months)
* Full COVID-19 vaccination status
* Ongoing Australian work rights
Bonus Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting people with mental health or complex behavioural needs
* Medication administration
* Youth or Mental Health First Aid
* Personal care and manual handling experience
* PART or MAPA training
* Other relevant qualifications (e.g., Community Services, AIN, Individual Support)
