Job Title: Dedicated Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Worker to join our team at our Residential Aged Care home in Warwick. The successful candidate will provide quality care and support to our residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, and accessing social activities within the home.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
* Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Prepare meals and snacks for residents, ensuring dietary requirements are met
* Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
* Encourage residents to participate in social activities and events
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* Certificate 3 in Individual Support or willing to obtain
* Current First Aid and CPR qualification
* Holds a current NDIS Check
* Holds a current Police Check
* Valid Australian Work Rights
