Our client, a leading privately owned business, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their dynamic and supportive team in North Sydney. With a strong internal culture and a focus on delivering exceptional client service, they provide tailored solutions to commercial clients while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

About the Role

This is not a sales role, but one focused on providing outstanding client service and operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience throughout their asset finance journey. It's a highly collaborative role that involves regular interaction, where you will bridge the gap between sales, clients, funders, and asset suppliers.

Your day-to-day

* Supporting clients through the entire asset finance process, including documentation, credit assessment, settlement, and end of lease
* Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and lenders through direct communication (phone and email)
* Ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage of the process to guarantee a smooth, hassle-free experience for all stakeholders
* Preparing and sending finance quotes
* Supporting both front-end client service and back-end operational processing

What We're Looking For

* Experience in a support role within lending, leasing or asset finance
* Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders via phone
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A collaborative team spirit and a positive attitude
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative, solution-focused mindset
