About This Role

* Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate administration of Day Oncology bookings into IPM and Aria
* Health fund checks
* Receiving and processing appointment requests from doctors or other healthcare professionals
* Providing information to patients about their appointments, including dates, times, and necessary preparation
* Administrative support to our team
* Liaising with specialist doctors' rooms
* Coordinating with other departments for required tests or procedures
* Optimizing capacity to maximize efficiency of the Day Oncology unit
* Ensuring positive patient experience through excellent customer service and support
