**Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, practical advice on qualification routes and development opportunities.
- Work with mentors, members, and local networks to strengthen support in each region.
- Share information about RICS learning resources and services.
- Support corporate clients with tailored engagement packages.
- Follow data protection standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Contribute to wider initiatives such as CPD, retention, and readmission campaigns.
**About You**
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and supporting their development. You may have experience in education, training, membership organisations, or customer engagement. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and stay organised in a dynamic environment.
We're looking for someone who can bring:
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or support sessions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised
- A collaborative approach and a focus on building positive relationships
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital engagement tools
- A flexible and responsive approach to changing needs
- Respect for confidentiality and data privacy
- Willingness to support occasional events outside regular working hours
