Clinical Nurse Specialist Role in Trauma Research
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the area of trauma research.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating a research team, including identification of appropriate research studies and activities; guiding nursing staff to participate in and conduct research; report writing, and dissemination of research findings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A registered nurse qualification
* Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. clinical nursing, research methods)
* Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
