We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team in Perth. This role involves the design and preparation of civil documentation for a wide range of projects, with a focus on stormwater management, drainage, commercial car parks, site grading, and bulk earthworks. This role will see you leading and delivering key drainage infrastructure projects across WA while mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead drainage design for urban redevelopment, highways, and rail projects.
* Oversee projects across planning, detailed design, construction support, and asset management.
* Provide technical leadership within the drainage discipline, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
* Mentor and guide graduate and mid-level engineers, supporting their professional growth.
* Engage with clients, providing practical and innovative solutions that align with project objectives.
* Contribute to project management activities, including budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Criteria:
* Bachelor of Engineering.
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in civil engineering, with a focus on roads and highways.
* Proven experience in drainage design to Main Roads WA standards.
* Ability to manage projects, lead design teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on practical solutions and client service.
