We are currently seeking a highly driven and motivated individual to join our team and be a part of our growing company.
This is a full-time position, so availability from Monday to Friday is required.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Assisting the accounts payable team
* Entering supplier invoices into the accounting software
* Matching invoices to purchase orders
* Assisting with processing subcontractor payment runs
* Supporting the accounts team with simple admin tasks
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
* Previous office or administration experience preferred, but not essential
* Be proactive and motivated to take on a varied work load and meet deadlines
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
* Attention to detail
* Good communication skill
* Willing to learn and follow set processes
