What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver holistic nursing care including assessments, care planning, wound and chronic condition management, and palliative support.
- Collaborate closely with clients, families, and our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
- Manage your time and schedule efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality care and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, always striving to enhance the care experience.
What You Will Bring
- Strong clinical judgment with experience in chronic condition management, wound care, and palliative care.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills, with confidence working both autonomously and collaboratively.

- Proficiency with IT systems and administrative accuracy.
Essentials
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years).
- Up‑to‑date Influenza vaccination.
- Australian Driver’s Licence (minimum P2).
Desirable
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aged care or community nursing.
