Due to our project expansion and commecnement we need to expand the team and seek a self motivated proactive experienced mature real estate marketing and sales executive and coordinating administrator - 'Project Director' - for this exciting and dynamic position to co-ordinate sales and the marketing as well as development management of our new over 50's luxury development with resort facilities in Hervey Bay, Warwick and prospectivey Cessnock as well as assist our marketing program for SunLife Australia and ABFX to developers Australia wide.
The SunLife Plaza Hervey Bay project is a mixed use development and will comprise 150+ apartments. It will be a landmark project for Hervey Bay. Warwick ( ) is a 97 lot over 50's master planned community.
This is a dynamic exciting position for the passionate task coordinator, marketing and sales and Project Director executive.
Experience and a proven track record in marketing and sales and ideally development management is required:
Roles and responsibilities for SunLife and ABFX will include -
* task co-ordination and management for the projects
* working with the team on the marketing and capital program
* co-ordinate developer marketing, sales and branding program
* getting new leads
* distribute and co-ordinate marketing material
* open days for own developments
* preparing sales advice and contract
* contract management
Various remuneration packages and strategies can be negotiated depending upon your experience and capability to be a leader and capacity to deliver.

We seek an organised and motivated individual with a solid depth of property understanding and who is prepared to drive all forms of communication with other developers as well as our own developments. Must have a keen sense of detail for this important role which is pivotal in our business.
