This position will be a casual fill in role and will primarily manage the day to day workflow of the front desk..
We are seeking someone who is customer centric, enjoys working in small teams that priorities clients and has a high level of professionalism.
**Your new role**
You will be passionate about customer service, with prior experience working in an office support role.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Reception duties including greeting visitors and clients, answering phone calls.
- Answering customer enquiries in an efficient manner.
- Responsible for general ad-hoc duties.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous receptionist experience.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Highly organised and have great customer service skills.
