The Opportunity
In Australia, we are expanding! We aim to grow and strengthen our Buildings Team as we increase our presence in the Australian market. We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Melbourne.

About you
You possess strong technical fundamentals demonstrated through delivering innovative building engineering solutions. You have experience leading projects of various sizes and scales, including greenfield and brownfield sites across the building market, and are proactive and client-oriented. You are comfortable leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers. Your experience spans multiple sectors such as commercial, healthcare, tertiary education, and central energy plants within the Australian market. Experience in other Beca regions (e.g., New Zealand, Singapore) is advantageous.
