The Queensland T-Shirt Company (QTCo) at Kedron is searching for a full time, Direct to Film (DTF) Printer. QTCo is Australia's largest apparel print fulfilment company, providing white label fulfilment services for global online stores.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination of print jobs with our sales team, ensuring service level deadlines are met and maintaining efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and train new staff when required and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and align with QTCo's values of quality, teamwork, and genuine effort. Previous experience in DTF printing will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Organising the daily work schedule and prioritising the workflow
* Quality control over the work being produced
* Direct to Film printing
* Training of staff in standard operating procedures
* Unpacking and packing out of completed jobs
* Following QTCo processes to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A good level of English literacy and a keen willingness to learn
Good to have
* Previous experience in DTF printing will be highly regarded
* A background in the print industry and an understanding of print quality and techniques
* Experience in a production environment
