We currently service several commercial venues and offices across the Gold Coast, many of which are in the Burleigh Heads/Robina/Varsity Lakes area.
About the Role
Due to expansion, we seek a Cleaning Manager/Supervisor to manage our team and client relations across the Gold Coast. As the supervisor, you will report directly to the General Manager. Your primary purpose in this role will be to ensure all current customers are receiving the highest level of service from us and that your team is delivering the highest standard of cleaning. This is very much a hands-on role and you **will be required to clean **as required, as well as train new and existing cleaners.
Work hours for this role will be negotiated to meet business needs and will include some weekend and evening work. Work days/hours are somewhat flexible and can be negotiated for the right person. Time management, strong organisation skills and being a self-driven individual will be critical in this role. You will be provided full training within a friendly work environment and know exactly who to report to you.
**Requirements**:
- Driver's licence and car (required)
- National police certificate (required)
- Previous cleaning/managing role experience
- Strong communication skills
Key Areas and Responsibilities include:
- Inducting and training new and existing cleaners
- Cleaning and assisting on jobs, including initial deep-cleans
- Inspection/audits of current work sites and meeting with clients
- Cleaning checks & reporting
- Picking up supplies for cleaning jobs
- Chemical & equipment management (service, tag & test etc)
- Travel between locations (you will have a travel allowance)
