Our client is Australia's largest developer, delivering a diverse portfolio of large‐scale high‐rise residential and mixed‐use developments across Australia. Opportunities are available across Queensland. Due to continued growth and an ongoing commitment to quality, they are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across assigned construction projects. Working closely with project teams, consultants, contractors and certifiers, you will oversee quality systems, conduct site inspections and audits, review design documentation, investigate quality issues and support project delivery from construction through to completion and handover.
You will play a key role in maintaining construction standards, mitigating risk and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with company expectations, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
About You
You will bring demonstrated experience in quality assurance, construction compliance or a related building discipline, together with a strong understanding of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and quality management principles. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to interpret technical documentation and a proactive approach to problem‐solving, continuous improvement and achieving quality outcomes.
