About Our Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our agricultural clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing sales and administrative support to the merchandising team
* Assisting customers with pricing and product enquiries
* Processing counter sales and maintaining accurate records
* Maintaining safety processes and procedures
* Providing general administrative support to the branch
* Dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a team environment with a passion for agriculture
* A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Forklift ticket or willingness to obtain
* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
* Able to work a shared Saturday roster
