About the Role:
- Represent our brand and products across your territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with growers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth and deliver tailored solutions for customers.
- Work closely with our in-house manufacturing and support teams.
- Attend industry field days, demonstrations, and events to promote our equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in the agricultural or heavy equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of farming practices and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently while achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, motivated, and results-driven mindset.
