Job Title: Centre Director
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional early learning experiences for children and families.
* Lead both the operational and pedagogical success of the centre, ensuring high-quality practice and family partnerships.
* Provide professional guidance, coaching, and development to your educator team.
* Maintain compliance with relevant regulations including NQS, National Regulations, and EYLF.

The successful candidate will have:
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
* Experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director
* A strong understanding of EYLF and NQS compliance responsibilities
* Possess exceptional leadership skills along with communication skills that facilitate building meaningful relationships with educators staff parents carers children families community partners suppliers vendors contractors maintenance labour hire, vendors contractors, delivering on goals whilst embracing diversity. Current First Aid CPR Asthma Anaphylaxis certifications A commitment to maintaining highest level educational standards positive team culture .
