About the Role:
The Quality Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the effective integration, management and continuous improvement of quality management systems within the organisation. The role will developments systems to collate key data from a range of CRMs to ensure visibility and accuracy of information, as well as facilitate the optimisation of incident management system and systemisation of continuous improvement, risk management and service improvement logs
This role will provide insightful data and reporting to support decision making through identified trends and themes to operational and quality teams
Key Responsibilities:
Support the integration and optimisation of current incident management and complaint management systems ensuring a single system business wide
Work with current systems such as power BI and Sharepoint to develop mechanisms for recording and tracking activities
Collect, analyse and report on key quality metrics, enabling real-time access to dashboards. Identify trends for service improvement and client satisfaction
Develop and deliver training programs for employees on quality management systems, compliance and best practices
Contribute to the developments of KPI's to measure and monitor quality and safeguarding effectiveness. Design reporting and dashboard solutions to track KPI's
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications in Business Administration, Information Systems, Quality Management, Data Analytics or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management software, the ability to identify trends, patterns and data insights
Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel and other data manipulation tools - SQL, Python
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence leaders and multidisciplinary teams
Experience within a not-for-profit (NFP) or values-driven organisation will be highly regarded.
