Synergistic Midwifery Practitioner

In this role, you will provide continuity of midwifery care within a caseload model that encompasses the entire spectrum of pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postnatal period. You will work collaboratively within a group practice to offer support and backup to women both at home and in hospital settings.
Key Requirements for Success
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical knowledge and experience across various women-centred care models.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including leadership capabilities and the ability to escalate clinical issues effectively.
* Experience in quality improvement and risk management initiatives to enhance the overall experience of women and their families.
* Proficiency in digital technologies to facilitate access to information and ensure safe patient care.
