As a Home Care Provider, your duties will include providing assistance with Slide Boards/Sheets, Respite Care, Wound Management, and Shopping Services. Experience working with individuals with Dementia, SCI / Autonomic Dysreflexia, Complex Care needs, and Challenging Behaviours is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being of our clients.
