**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We seek an enthusiastic, driven and organised individual with excellent communication skills to join our team working on the Energy Queensland Network. Depending on your location, you could work out of our **Brisbane, Toowoomba**,** **or** Rockhampton offices**. As a** Workforce Scheduler**, you are responsible for scheduling work activities within the Energy Networks Services and any programs that may arise from current or additional clients.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:_
- Forecast schedule work for field crews and audits, complying with the client's 8-week program forecast.
- Manage operational issues to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Create work packages & calendars for field crews and asset inspectors.
- Monitor employee progress against monthly targets and track work completion.
- Liaise with critical internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, Downer employees, and the general public.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience as a scheduler or similar.
- Exposure to the Ergon Energy network is also an advantage but optional.
- Exposure to Regional/Western Queensland is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel and MS Suite is essential.
