Close communication with the medical team including geriatricians and surgeons, the allied health team and the nursing staff is required.The successful candidate will work across a range of inpatient areas including orthopaedic rehabilitation, general reconditioning, acute medical and neurological conditions. Therapy will include self-care re-training, home assessment and modifications, falls prevention and health promotion.About youPrevious hospital experience is desirable but not essential. New graduates are welcome to apply. Ongoing training, both internally and externally, will be provided to the successful applicant.
