Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (plus superannuation)

Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to a consistently high standard
* Collaborate in developing innovative and seasonal menus
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained
* Manage inventory, ordering, and oversee stock rotation and control
* Work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests
The Position Requires:
* Legal right to work in Australia
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (with references)
* Full availability across a 7-day roster
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
* Strong teamwork, organisation, and efficiency
* Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and professionalism
