Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide technical and operational process supportEstablish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholdersPreparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wideAssist in the preparation of annual operating budgets, financial reporting, and Capex managementEnsure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is providedIntermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internalsManaging contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservationSkills & ExperienceDiploma in Project or Facilities Management (ideal)3-5 years of experience in a similar multi-site roleExperience in a comparable position within childcare or aged care (preferred)APPLY NOW or call Isabella Wells on for more information or email your CV to.
