As such we are on the look out for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to support and drive further growth in our Enterprise vertical.
Role Purpose
The Sales Manager – Enterprise is responsible for the execution layer of AutoGrab's enterprise sales and delivery motion. This role ensures that complex enterprise deals are implemented successfully, customer transitions are well managed, and internal teams deliver against customer commitments.
This is a highly operational role focused on coordination, planning, communication and follow-through. The Sales Manager supports the Sales Director by owning the "doing" once enterprise opportunities move into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Deal Execution
* Support enterprise opportunities through late-stage sales and delivery
* Lead execution of customer transition and onboarding projects
* Manage complex enterprise change programs (e.g. customer migration from legacy platforms to AutoGrab)
Project & Change Management
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines and execution frameworks
* Track delivery milestones, risks and dependencies
* Ensure smooth coordination across internal Product, Technology and Customer Success teams
* Proactively resolve issues that could impact customer commitments
Pipeline, Reporting & Governance
* Manage Australia and global enterprise deal pipeline tracking
* Monitor sales performance, delivery progress and billing status
* Maintain accurate reporting across CRM and internal systems
* Support forecasting and revenue tracking
Communication & Stakeholder Management
* Act as a key point of coordination for enterprise customers post-sale
* Ensure proactive, clear communication internally and externally
* Prepare and deliver high-quality internal and customer-facing presentations
Experience & Capability
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
* Comfortable working across Sales, Product, Technology and Customer Success
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong follow-through and accountability
* Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology or complex service environments preferred
