People2people are very excited to be partnering with a quick growing, highly regarded quick service food retailer to source a Store Manager for one of their GC stores. While the organisation continues to focus on growth, it remains committed to developing its people as a key part of that journey. 
The opportunity 
Based in store – you will have responsibility for managing the day operation which includes stock, promotions, purchasing, marketing, business strategy and team leadership. This hands-on role will require you to assist with identifying market trends, growth opportunities and have input into store strategy and delivery while ensuring compliance and a safe work environment for all. 
Selection criteria 
Experience in the fast food/quick service industry sectors 
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience 
Customer centric approach coupled with highly developed communication skills 
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and training teams 
Computer literate, positive approach and a genuine interest in development 
Australian work rights
