About the role
As a Deskside Technician, you will perform activities associated with installing, replacing, diagnosing IT computer systems (laptops/ desktops/ monitors).
You'll be working in a fun and challenging environment that highly values customer service.

- Basic Windows troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrable technical aptitude
- Reliable, confident and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, well presented and have a friendly nature
- Be prepared to travel between sites
- Own Vehicle and current driver's license (car allowance provided for use of own vehicle).
Please note that this is a full-time position (Monday to Friday).
