Property Management Lead Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional property management services to a significant portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Lease Managers and Analysts, ensuring a focus on client expenditure, revenue, and data across the portfolio.
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team provides a consistent and best-practice approach to delivering property management services.
* Act as the key liaison with clients, providing insights, updates, and escalation support on lease and portfolio matters.
* Mentor and develop team members, driving engagement, clear goal-setting, and high performance.
* Build relationships with landlords, tenants, government agencies, and suppliers to deliver consistent, best-practice property management services.
* Oversee lease administration and reporting, including budgets, compliance, forecasting, and portfolio analytics.
* Maintain and enhance our property management database, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance at all times.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in property management or related real estate services, with proven leadership ability.
* Experience in managing a significant property portfolio.
* Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience with rent rolls, reconciliations, and compliance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
* A degree in Business, Property, or a related discipline (preferred), along with a real estate license or CPM/RPA/CSM designation (desirable).
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI knowledge an advantage.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Accounting and AASB16 knowledge would be an advantage.
