We're seeking a passionate and organised Multi-Site Manager who is responsible for leading the performance, operations, and people across a group retail stores within the state. This role focuses on driving sales, developing Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a consistent customer and brand experience across the cluster.
What you'll do:
Lead Area Performance
Drive strong, consistent commercial outcomes across your area.
* Achieve area sales
* Drive like-for-like sales growth across all stores on the Sunshine Coast
* Improve key store metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT)
* Control wages and store-level expenses within budget
* Deliver high customer satisfaction and service standards
Key Responsibilities
* Perform day-to-day duties related to the role efficiently and accurately
* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve business goals
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
* Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
* Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas
* Follow company policies and procedures
People Management
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve results
* Build capability within store teams through ongoing coaching
* Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins
* Drive a positive, high-performance culture across all stores
* Support Store Managers with team engagement and performance issues
Recruitment
* Support Store Managers in recruiting high-quality team members
* Ensure timely hiring to minimise vacancies
* Drive effective onboarding and training of new hires
* Monitor team turnover and implement retention strategies
* Identify and develop future leaders within the area
About You
* Experience in retail management or a similar role
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Experience managing learning platforms
* Passion for retail, customer experience, and team development
* Strong alignment with brand culture and values
* Driver's license and vehicle required
