Job Title: Lecturers (Casual Role) in Business Administration
We are seeking Casual Lecturers to teach various units across our Bachelor's and Master's Degrees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching face-to-face and online to MBA students
* Teach multiple units, including Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Organisational Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Marketing/Strategy, Quality Management, Project Management, Decision Making, Investment Management, Corporate Finance, and Management Accounting
* Mentor students to achieve academic success and provide individualised support
* Collaborate with the management team to develop new courses and programs
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and integrate relevant knowledge into the curriculum
* Engage in scholarly activities, such as research, publication, and conference presentations
* Promote the institution's mission, values, and goals through effective communication
Requirements:
* A PhD or equivalent in a relevant field
* An outstanding record of teaching and/or research experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to teach multiple units across different degree levels
* Awareness of current trends and developments in the field
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
