The opportunity: At CSR, we're building a supply chain of the future—one that delivers innovation, efficiency, and exceptional customer outcomes.
We're looking for a Logistics Manager – Strategy Optimisation to lead strategic initiatives, optimise our network, and drive continuous improvement across our logistics operations.
This is a unique opportunity to influence long-term strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver industry-leading solutions that position CSR as a market leader.
Your Impact: Lead and Inspire: Build industry-leading capability and lead a team of supply chain professionals to deliver strategic outcomes.
Own Network Strategy: Develop and execute CSR's network strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Shape the Future: Define long-range requirements for property, infrastructure, and automation through detailed network design and master planning.
Drive Innovation: Generate ideas, prioritise initiatives, and deliver compelling technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs, grow revenue, and capture market share.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Embed best practices, automation, and industry-leading solutions to optimise performance.
Optimise Operations: Enhance distribution centre performance through advanced warehouse management systems.
Strategic Roadmap: Create and maintain an operational improvement portfolio and roadmap to ensure visibility and alignment across CSR.
Project Leadership: Oversee warehouse operational implementations, ensuring optimal resources and successful delivery of strategic outcomes.
About you: 10+ years' experience in complex supply chain environments with expertise in operations, strategy, network design, and optimisation.
Certification or deep experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or World Class Manufacturing methodologies.
Proven ability to deliver safety, service, people, and cost improvements through strategic initiatives.
Expert-level proficiency in supply chain modelling and optimisation software.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with executive leadership teams.
