Bolton Clarke's Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home and Community clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
These include:
- Working independently throughout the Townsville community, with support from experienced senior clinicians.
- Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home.
- Developing appropriate and prosperous therapeutic and caring relationships.
- Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.
About you
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse with aged care or community desirable.
- Relevant Bachelor qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
- First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
- Up to date influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
