We are seeking a skilled Technical Hardware Specialist for on call/casual/part time support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling break-fix, installation, and maintenance activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for incidents, service requests, and installations involving end-user devices and network hardware.
* Perform tasks such as troubleshooting, break-fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and preventive maintenance.
* Support the installation of network devices including routers, switches, access points, and cabling systems.
* Handle hardware replacements, upgrades, and troubleshooting for end-user devices and network equipment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and network hardware issues.
* Familiarity with break-fix, IMAC, and preventive maintenance procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues.
