While there is consistency in some of the work, there’s plenty of opportunity to take ownership, improve systems, and contribute to larger state and national campaigns.About the roleDevelop and execute marketing strategies that support sales and enquiry momentum for our residential products to ensure state and project objectives are achieved against targetsSupport the delivery of product marketing activity including national and local campaigns, digital content, product releases and builder partner promotionsCollaborate closely with Development Marketing Specialists to ensure alignment between place and product messagingManage, maintain and source product content across key digital channels including stockland.com.au project websites, REA, Domain, Openlot and moreBuild strong relationships with builder partners and internal stakeholders in Sales, Development and Marketing teamsAnalyse product data and market trends to guide future product improvements and marketing strategiesPlay a key role in optimising our marketing processes and evolving how we take product to marketAbout youAppropriate tertiary qualificationRelevant experience in a marketing or product roleProperty industry background with another developer, home builder or similarExperience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including marketing planning, communication and implementationStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniquesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stakeholdersConfident communicator with the ability to translate insights into actionA collaborative team player who takes initiative, demonstrates autonomy and is excited to contribute to a shared visionThe Stockland PropositionAt Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
