We are looking for a high energy and confident Sales Assistant who works well under pressure to join our Ocean Grove Sales Team.
Duties and Tasks
* Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly deadlines
* Assisting with open homes
* Assisting with listing presentations
* Attending and assisting with onsite and inhouse auctions
* Follow up calls from the inspections
* Coordinating the marketing and photoshoots
* Working alongside a Senior Agent within RT Edgar – mentorship opportunity
* Attending sales team training, sales meetings and company events
* CRM data management
* General client management – relationship calls to clients
* Working Saturdays are a must; whilst attaining a mid week RDO
Core competencies/experience
* Previous sales experience is preferable and Real Estate experience a bonus
* Exceptional time management skills
* Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
* Must work well under pressure
* Needs drive and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
* Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
* Must have strong attention to detail
* Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
* Strong lead chasing and follow up skills
* The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
* Must be presentable
