Overview
Directional Drill Tracker / Operator / Civil Labourer - Pit and Pipe. A great opportunity to become part of a Directional Drilling civil construction company with multiple clients within Victoria. We are a Gippsland based company and have expanded our client base into new contracts and are now searching for DirectionalDrill Tracker / Operator, Civil labourers / Pit and Pipe installation. These positions are open to experienced and trainee, those who are willing to learn and those willing to get their hands dirty. We will provide training in all aspects of the roles including Directional drill operating, pit and pipe installation. A MR truck licence would be an advantage but not a necessity. Working in all parts of the state, some working away is required and LAFHA will be paid. The right applicants would have the ability to work independently and within a team. The role offers career growth, security and remuneration based on experience.
Responsibilities
* Operate directional drilling equipment and track/monitor drilling progress.
* Assist with pit and pipe installation across civil projects.
* Work independently and as part of a crew; training provided as needed.
* Possess OH&S focus in all tasks and maintain safe working practices.
* Be willing to travel across Victoria for projects (LAFHA paid).
Qualifications
* Directional Drilling / Tracking experience (preferred).
* Pit and Pipe installation experience or willingness to learn.
* HDD experience or a desire to learn.
* MR truck licence or ability to gain one.
* Red / White card (Construction Induction Card).
* OH&S / WHS awareness and safe work practices.
* Service locating experience or willingness to learn.
* Right to work in Australia.
