We're now looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader to help lead our floor, support our growing team, and deliver the level of service our guests have come to expect.

About the Role
As FOH Team Leader, you'll be a key part of our front-of-house leadership team. You'll work closely with the Venue Manager and business owners, helping run services, support staff on shift, and ensure everything flows smoothly — even when it's busy.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and taking pride in doing things correctly.

* Leading front-of-house during service and helping run smooth, well-organized shifts
* Supporting and coaching team members in real time
* Delivering warm, professional service and handling guest issues confidently
* Maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism

* Sharing our Tasmanian seafood story with confidence and pride

You're calm under pressure, organized, and naturally lead by example. You enjoy busy services and thrive in a hospitality environment where quality and consistency matter.
You'll likely bring:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading FOH role
* Strong communication skills and emotional maturity
* A genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience
* Confidence running sections and supporting a team.
* Pride in presentation and professionalism
