Join a national digital modernization program as an IT Program Coordinator on a 6-month contract. You'll work in a newly formed Program PMO, coordinating large complex IT programs, introducing cutting-edge technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Flexible location along the Melbourne seaboard.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage IT programs within timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define objectives and milestones.
Develop program plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare reports and presentations to update stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience managing complex IT programs.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Duration: 6-month contract with likely extension.
